About the role

Mercurius OS is developing an AI Operating System that connects enterprise systems, data, AI models and workflows through one intelligence layer.

As our Growth Marketeer, you will help establish Mercurius OS in the enterprise market.

You will develop and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support our commercial objectives.

Working closely with the leadership and product teams, you will translate our technology and business proposition into clear, compelling communication for enterprise decision-makers.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing and growth strategies.
  • Build campaigns targeting enterprise organizations and decision-makers.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn and search.
  • Develop content that communicates the value of Mercurius OS.
  • Improve website performance, lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into improvements.
  • Work closely with leadership and product teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.

What you bring

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS or technology.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • The ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A structured, independent and results-oriented approach.

Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and enterprise marketing is an advantage.
